It certainly takes nerve to pull off Leigh Lezark's take on the Feather Trend at the Paris Fashion Week. She's wearing a Giambattista Valli peacock dress, and I have to say she did succeed in pulling it off. Her jet black hair made the whole look seemingly endless.
There really wasn't a more appropriate time for Blake Lively to pull of the Feather Trend than, of course, at the NY premiere of Where the Wild Things Are. I wonder if Blake knew that you didn't have to dress like one of the movie characters to get into the premiere...Besides the unfortunate coincidence of dress and premiere, Blake certainly pulled off the feather trend with the variation of black lace and feathers, on contrast with her blonde hair.
